Barbara Paldus
Barbara Paldus brings a record of successfully growing new ventures, as well as extensive technical knowledge. Barbara founded Picarro and served as CTO from 2000 through 2005. She co-founded Finesse Solutions Inc. and served as its CEO until its acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2017. Barbara was also the operating partner at Skymoon Ventures where she worked with early stage optical and spectroscopy companies, including Daylight Solutions (acquired by Leonardo DRS in 2017) and ARP (acquired by Li-Cor in 2010).
Mike Farmwald
Mike is a highly successful serial entrepreneur. He co-founded technology leader Rambus, Inc in 1990, which went public in 1997, and has co-founded, invested in, and served as a Board Member for several other successful technology ventures, including Matrix Semiconductors (acquired by SanDisk in 2010), Kineto Wireless, Dash Navigation (acquired by Ericsson), Intrepid Networks, and most recently Atherton Fiber. He is currently a Partner at Skymoon Ventures.
Sara Kaur
Sara Kaur brings over 20 years’ experience in global finance leadership within technology driven and semiconductor industries. Sara recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Finesse Solutions Inc until its acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2017. Prior to this, Sara worked in Asia as International Finance Director for Kulicke and Soffa. Sara began her career in the UK at Honeywell as Regional Controller until her move to Silicon Valley, where her work experience includes Google, Actel Corporation (acquired by Micro Semi) and Varian Inc.(acquired by Agilent).
